Based on the keyword “oriental”, the floor of the premium guest room has been completely renovated with the aim of becoming a beach resort hotel for adults.
The “Garden Villas” area is lined with cottages with Ryukyu red tile roofs. Renovated into 4 types of private villas, including suites with private pools and BBQ terraces.
Renewal of a long-established hotel with Kirishima Onsen. The guest rooms, including the premium guest rooms, and the restaurant have been completely renovated with a design that expresses the nature of Kirishima in a modern way.

A long-established French restaurant founded in 1974 in the Ginza 4-chome Mikimoto Building was planned a renovation along with the rebuilding. It was selected in a design competition. The Mikimoto Building won the Selected Works of the Architectural Institute of Japan in 2019.

A five-star hotel of the International Hotel Group in Ho Chi Minh city, the center of Vietnam. The iconic tower is designed to be a modern, monolithic landmark to serve as a city landmark. Has a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, restaurant/bar, banquet hall and business center.
